Cancel a purchase
You can cancel any done. purchase within 14 days of buying it, or of receiving the purchase document, whichever is later. This holds even if you have already started using it.
Purchases are kept on the account you bought with. Sign in with it to see and cancel them.

What you get back
- The price you paid, minus the proportional value of the days the service was open to you. A started day counts as a day.
- Minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower.
- Access ends the moment you cancel, and your work stays in your account.
- The refund goes back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
For example: Home for 7 days (₪29) cancelled on the third day refunds ₪15.12.
A notice by phone, email or mail must include your full name and ID number. The button here needs neither: you are signed in.
Senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants get a longer cancellation period, four months, when the deal included a conversation with the seller (section 14ג1). done. sells on the website only.
